Found an insanely cool artist that lives right here in Arizona! His work has gorgeous composition and color; the guy's name is Lawrence Lee and I'd love to visit his exhibition in Tucson.

Just look at those colors! I like addition of realistic faces and unrealistic body proportions, it just feels so intense with the basic backgrounds as well.

It gives a lot of excellent advice on how to draw, not just on anatomical studies. You can get a feel for making your art flow, and make it dynamic.
